Kim Kardashian Says The Idea Of Baby Number Five Is Out The Door After Self-Isolating With Her

Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Kim Karadshian has learned something about herself: she is done having kids. The mom-of-four revealed that being in self-isolation with North, 6, Saint, 4, Chicago, 2, and Psalm, 10 months, has made it clear that baby number five is off the table.

During a call-in interview with The View earlier this week, Kardashian appeared from her mom Kris Jenner’s home in Calabasas, California. The 39-year-old got real about what it’s like to be at home all day with four small children.

“Let me say, being at home with four kids — if I ever thought for a minute that I wanted another one, that is out the door. It’s really tough,” said Kardashian.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star revealed that she and her kids have watched “every single movie you could possibly imagine” since the shelter-in-place order went into effect. The KWK Beauty founder has even introduced her kids to 1980s movies like Harry and the Hendersons.

Kardashian says that during this time, she is focused on bonding with her kids in a way that wouldn’t have been possible in her normal everyday life because she travels so much. She has also taken on the role of homeschool teacher, and that has given her a newfound respect for teachers.

“It’s been tough juggling it all. You really have to put yourself on the back burner and just focus on the kids,” noted Kardashian.

She also went into more detail about why she’s done having kids, despite the fact that she loves being a mom. Kardashian explained that she can’t do more because she really wants to go to law school, and there are many more things she wants to do.

Between her busy schedule and the time she wants to give each of her kids individually, having another baby is just too much. The SKIMS designer admitted earlier this year on Laura Wasser’s All’s Fair podcast that she could “do two more,” but she doesn’t think she should because she’s about to turn 40.

“I don’t want to be an old mom. I think four’s good,” declared Kim Kardashian.

She added that she wants to “pay attention” to all of her kids because they all need it, and she doesn’t need to add to that. Kardashian is aware that the job of being a  mom never ends, and at 39 she still calls her 64-year-old mom daily, all day.
